JC Casting is a fully integrated foundry in China. We are integrated from mold, casting, machining, heat treatment, post-treatment and product inspection. We solve casting problems for our customers in all aspects.

Our factory is located in Shandong province, near Qingdao port and Beijing airport. We have three sub-factories, 200 employees, and 30 designers and quality controllers.

We produce castings for automotive, machinery and equipment, aerospace, rail transportation, energy and power, construction and decoration, medical equipment, military and other applications.

We have 3 major casting processes and our own CNC machining workshop.   We can manufacture different products such as stainless steel casting, carbon steel casting, alloy steel casting, iron casting, aluminum die casting, non-ferrous metal casting and so on.   As per your different products and requirements, we provide different casting processes and solutions.

Lost Wax Investment Casting

High precision, reduce secondary processing. Surface roughness up to Ra0.8 – Ra3.2μm, no need for additional grinding and polishing process. Wide range of materials. Especially Stainless Steel material. Can manufacture castings with fine internal structure, thin-walled and shaped complex castings. Polished parts for coating. Such as: Auto Parts, Impeller, Aircraft engine blades, Jewelry.

Sand Casting

Low cost. The modeling process is simple and does not require complex equipment. Great material suitability, from cast iron and cast steel to non-ferrous metals. Like Brass,Bronze,Stainless Steel. Both small parts and large castings of several meters or even larger sizes can be made to meet the needs of products of different sizes.  Such as large machinery tool bases. Big Pump,Impeller.

Die Casting

Several times or even dozens of times per minute die casting speed. Suitable for mass production. Dimensional tolerances within ± 0.05 mm. Surface roughness : Ra0.8-Ra3.2μm. Can withstand large loads and stresses. Thin-walled, small-hole, deep-cavity structural parts can be cast. Material utilization rate reaches 60%-80%. Used in automobile and electronic fields. Such as automobile engine block, cell phone shell.

Yes, The water glass casting process is low temperature casting technology. Our Lost Wax Investment Casting is medium temperature casting technology.  The water glass casting process is one kind of Lost Wax Investment Casting. And the casting price is lower too.
